After doing some google research on best performing car transporters, I elected to use AmeriFreight. It is not a service I use a lot, so I was flying blind. I was fortunate to have found AmeriFreight. They did an excellent job of explaining their role as a broker, the things I should be concerned with, and how Amerifreight helps to ensure a positive experience. I was very impressed with Ali Jones, their rep. She was excellent at coaching and communicating during my search, during the process of finding a transporter, and keeping me informed of details. Plus, she is pleasant to work with. Driver was also communicating with me before the pick up and during his trip. Car was delivered clean with no issues. It's disconcerting working on something this important with little knowledge and having to trust many unknown individuals. Ali and Amerifreight did an excellent job removing my inhibitions and making this shipment completely trouble free. I will be using Amerifreight again when I need to ship a vehicle.
