One star deduction for the honest because the broker asked for higher price once. You want good price but there is a longer wait for the truck driver to match the broker's quote price. However, if you are not in a rush to get you car, it is overall a good service. Car got in earlier and in a good shape. Will recommend for people who need reasonable price and have enough time to handle the wait.
