I booked over 2 weeks before pick up date. They never picked my vehicle up. After waiting a week, they finally found a driver that could pick it up a few days later. after I already waited 7 days!! They told me I had a difficult route! They never, ever told me that when I booked. They told me no problem.Just pick a date. I called them day after day, after day. Once they did finally find a driver they wanted to charge me more than I was originally quoted. Very rude and unprofessional. They hung up on me. They used profanity on the phone. Never again. My husband and son have to drive the car to my daughter and fly home. My daughter has school and a new job. She needed her car. Horrible!!! Then they charged me! Now I have an investigation going with the bank!
