Poor Driver/Poor Service

We are very disappointed by the driver they gave us. The very first signed agreement we had was to have him show up in Yorba Linda around 4-5pm on the 11th. Than we spoke to him and his dispatcher on the 10th to see if he can come earlier, at which time we all agreed on noon on the 11th. He did not show up until about 4am the next day (12th), claiming an accident. No one was around to give him keys until 7am. He then didn’t leave until 1245 (noon) on the 12th, when they were to have been delivered to UTAH by 2pm on the 12th. Before he left, he claimed they should be there around midnight on the 12th or 1am/morning of the 13th (today). However, he stopped in Vegas and didn’t show up until 4pm on the 13th but completely unloaded by 9pm. The turn around trip was just as bad having all 8 jeeps sit in Phoenix, AZ for almost 24 hours.
