First of all I did receive my car, that is the only reason this review gets 1 star. I got a quote for $498 from Anthony Amato. Anthony told me that I owed a $150 deposit up front which I was fine with at first. I went over and over with him that I owed $498 - the $150 = $348. He agreed, yes and stated "Don't worry I will take care of you"! As soon as I signed the contract, which does not say that this $150 is a fee, his whole attitude changed. I had to go to the website to get the truth of the $150 as a fee. When I called him back about it, he said he never told me this was a deposit, and was rude and obnoxious. I was getting 2 or 3 calls a day from other brokers that Anthony had contacted to take the job since he couldn't find anyone at the price he quoted. He got angry and cursed several times on the phone, telling me that he didn't give a "Sh*t what the other brokers were saying". He stopped answering my calls. When I tried to cancel and get my money back, he told me that he had found a truck for my car so he couldn't refund my "deposit". I got on the phone with multiple REAL brokers who each verified that my car was still on the board awaiting someone to take the job. He lied over and over again, until he stopped answering my calls. He emailed me to tell me that my car "was just loaded and is on the way". He would not provide the name of the shipping company or contact. I had to call the dealer where I bought my car and ask that the salesperson get the info for me. I got ahold of the driver and we talked at length. The shipping was going to cost me $600 cash or money order upon arrival. I told the driver that my quote was for $498 and I had already paid $150 to the broker. He laughed, and said that no one would deliver my car for $498 much less the $348 that I was told I owed. I tried to call Anthony, and of course he would not answer my calls. I sent emails that also went unanswered. My car arrived in my town and I paid the driver the $600 as requested so I could get my car. I had no other choice at this point. So my total shipping cost me $748 instead of the $498 Anthony quoted me. PLEASE do your homework and use only the top 10 rated companies on this website before you try to ship your car. It will save you headache, money, and time. Also, DO NOT use ALL Weather Auto or you will be taken just like I was. If you put a quote in online, you will be bombarded with emails and calls for weeks. Just use this site and choose one of the top rated companies for your shipping.
