Jerry, the initial quote you are given is based off of research and what drivers were asking for. To expedite the shipment, the only way a driver would pick it up is if they received $50 more on delivery. We gave you the option and you accepted it. We could have waited for another driver to pick it up but it would have taken longer and you wanted it picked up in a timely fashion. We don't see how this would merit a 1 star rating. The vehicle was picked up and delivered.
