Second time using them - service just as good as the first.

I do not tolerate BS. The shipping industry is teeming with shady scabs who will tell you anything to get your contract, even purposefully telling you they can ship for a price that is generally unacceptable. The end result is you may end up waiting forever to get your consignment. Three months ago, I bought a Lexus CT200H hatchback from California and had the misfortune to deal with several wishy-washy shipping brokers who just posted random information on the nationwide bulletin board (which I learned about during this process). They promised the world but in the end did literally nothing to get thing moving.

I found All Day Auto Transport by chance while searching for a different shipper and Gary answered the call. He was quick to the point, honest, and gave me no garbage. He even involuntarilly took a moment to educate me on how some brokers do business, as described above. Though I had already educated myself via the power of the world wide web, it was refreshing to speak to someone who was honest and gave no BS. He told me of my promised shipping rate (which I did not ask for - it was offered by another broker) that the car would not be picked up for quite some time, if was even picked up at all. He told me what drivers were getting and that he would make calls and get someone ready before even asking me to contract with him. A mere 20 minutes later, he called back saying he had a shipper ready to go. The other broker I had enlisted had already wasted two days with not even a word. My car was delivered several days later. It was a breeze.

This time around, I had a Hummer delivered and the same easy process was handled by Gary. He asked what I needed, told me what it would take. I called at about 5PM and within an hour they had a shipper ready to get the car. The location of the Hummer is closed after 4PM, so they rushed over the consignment form and assured me it would be picked up the following morning. It was picked up Tuesday morning and delivered Saturday morning. It was easy as pie.

I am shopping for another Hummer - the much larger H1 - and will definitely be enlisting All Day Auto Transport again.
