The service provided was quick efficient and they tried to reassure me and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable about their service and the driver. I spoke with them about te delivery time and date and it was a little earlier than I originally spoke about, but that said I gave her a broad window for pickup and drop off. I was somewhat apprehensive when I spoke to the driver because he gave me a vague time for pickup and drop off, butto give me a time frame for pickup and drop off around a week before hand, but Mimi reassured me. When I was busy and stressed about the move the manager spoke with the driver and myself to arrange the times so I would know more specifics. Thank you for helping an apprehensive first time mover.
