Damaged, quote bumped up, hassle for refund, no communication, need to file a claim for loss

I had a $600 quote that beat another company, but quickly Mike turned it into $825, saying my C30 dually was too big for a car carrier, but arrives on a carrier anyway! He accused me of being "a customer that wants something for nothing" when I let him know his bump in price was a dirty low down deal and just want the $600 that it was originally. But he reluctantly offers only to process my $125 deposit for a partial refund, I accept. It's better than nothing. Then he emails me saying there is a processing fee I'll have to pay. Instead, I went to the bank, showed them emails, pictures, both quotes, and filed a dispute for the full deposit.
On top of this, the driver left my truck running without telling me anything, and his truck was so loud I assumed my vehicle was turned off. Who leaves a truck running? I got back home after work, found the truck was out of gas and with a dead battery. I walk around the vehicle, see my vent window missing on the door! I go back to the pictures from the pick up date (in Texas) and when the truck was still on the carrier and confirmed it was during transport. I email Mike the before and after pics and ask for him to contact me. I call leaving a message asking to file a damage claim, and NO CALLS are returned either. I have to get it fixed so the interior doesn't get wet from rain or allow anyone getting into the truck.
You would do better going ANYWHERE ELSE. This is a middleman, taking quotes and adding more to other transport companies rate. The actual transport company was in business only 2 months and they barely speak English. They asked me to do business directly with them in the future, but I don't need another transport and would NOT use them for leaving the vent window open. They should secure every vehicle they load. I'm waiting for Mike to be professional and contact me with information to process a damage claim. How can that be "wanting something for nothing?"
