Avoid at all cost. PLEASE see Yelp.com for a far more accurate and comprehensive review of the unacceptable performance of AAA Allstate Auto Transport. They rate extremely low by almost all customers there and I had a similar experience!

Russ VanRooyan booked my truck from Idaho to Indiana. After 9 days I cancelled and chose Nationwide Transport. Brian booked my truck transport and the truck was picked up 6 hours later that day.
AAA Allstate Auto Transport did not do anything illegal, but they were ethically and morally wrong. All future customers should avoid them. AAA Allstate Auto Transport was informed this review would be posted due to their actions and they still took unethical actions. $100- for breaking there contract. 1st, double booking. (I called and cancelled) 2nd, not waiting 14 days. (That's a long wait for your new truck to be picked up)
PLEASE take your business to Brian at Nationwide Transport.

First of all, lets be clear on one thing. We do not allow customers to slander our name when they are under clear contract. This customer signed a 15 day contract for us to locate a carrier to haul his vehicle. On day 9, customer called and cancelled the contract stating: "we are going to just go drive the vehicle home." They did not do that, but instead double booked with another vender, as stated in this customers complaint. So at this point, the customer broke our contract twice. First by cancelling before 15 days, 2nd by double-booking his transport with another company. We are sorry this customer's expectations were greater than what he was informed of. We don't stand for customers, who are under contract, slandering our good name. If there were problems with the contract, then this customer should not have signed it. That is why we have contracts, so everyone knows the expectations.
