I have a 600 acre Salvage business and I transport between 500 cars a year. I have used every transport broker in
the industry in my 20 years in business. I meet Jon and I will say to the general public do not waste your time nor
look any further when it comes to vehicle transport. I do not care what people quote or tell you this guy will give you
the industry breakdown as to how it works. This is the fact - all brokers quote a rate and try to get you to sign a
contract with the broker making you the consumer believe with their signed contract that your car is guaranteed to
be picked up.. Beware a signed contract and a Guarantee from a broker will not move your vehicle. All brokers list
your vehicle on a load board called Central Dispatch no matter which broker you go with so ALL quotes you receive
are eventually put on the same listing (Central Dispatch) Essentially it is the trucking companies that search this board and when they see your vehicle listed they will call Jon to either schedule your transport or negoiate a better quote price if they (driver) do not like the price. This is why this industry has such bad publicity because 90 percent of the
brokers tell stories that they guarantee their quote before a driver gives the guarantee to the broker. Also brokers
do not disclose how the quote price is broke down to the consumer. All quotes are estimates and brokers work for a fee that is built into that quote but they dont disclose to the customer their fee. For example if your quote is $750.00 a broker will list the quote to the driver on the load board (Central Dispatch) for $500.00 to the driver. If a driver accepts
the $ 500.00 then the $ 150.00 is the broker fee. This is what most brokers charge and they do not tell the customer the breakdown. Jon was very patient explaining the full process and now he is the only broker I use due to his extreme knowledge and honesty of how the industry works.Save yourself time and money by calling this professional company and avoid a run around in this deceptive broker driven industry.
