I'm a first time user and totally impressed with their performance! I purchased the vehicle on Tuesday and they said they will pick it up on Wednesday afternoon or Thursday. They called first thing on Wednesday morning and told me they are at the location, picking it up. When I arrived at work Thursday at 7:30 they were waiting for me with the car!
