After reading horror stories online about vehicle transports, I called Ultimate and spoke with Dana. Communications is key! As my move to another state was pending they worked the transport date around my needs.Originally I was transporting two vehicles, and then reduced it to one, and they were still extremely helpful. Car was picked up on a Monday morning, and delivered to my front door Tuesday at 1pm. The driver stayed in constant contact with me regarding pick up, estimated time of arrival, and how far away they were. While I am always skeptical regarding any service, Ultimate far exceeded my expectations.
