My experience though at some points frustrating was excellent. Cristie was amazing. She went out of her way to find me a driver & when she did he delivered the car faster than expected. Any complaints re: pick up and delivery must come from people who did not read their contract. Dates are estimates only as life happens: weather, traffic, car problems, etc.
