Overall, I only have good things to say about this vehicle shipping service. Ship a Car Direct employees were responsive and reached out regularly with updates or instructions. The driver/carrier was thorough with their pickup and dropoff inspections. Seems like Ship a Car Direct knows how to pick carriers!
