I did research, reviews, etc on different companies & obviously I chose Ship A Car Direct.
Communication was ALWAYS there or information provided thru emales. I also had to switch location of the car due to my moving date and the drivers pick up availability & that went really good too. I was provided the drivers info and we had communications as needed.
With this my 1st experience with shopping an auto, I WOULDN'T USE ANYONE ELSE.
Top notch from start to finish.
They also have an app to submit you autos "status" before its picked up(scratches, damage to the vehicle, etc)
Use these guys, you won't regret it & they were in the top 5 of companies according to my MULTI searches when I was reviewing companies & for good reason.
& to give credit where due, my guy with SACD, was Wade
