This was my first experience shipping a car and I am really glad how the entire experience turned out to be. With ship a car direct, I got a really competitive quote and their damage free guarantee is what attracted me to use the service. However, I realized during the process of pickup and delivery how serious they are about the guarantee. There was constant communication (from Gabe and rest of the team) about what actions to take to make sure that in the event there is an issue the remediation goes smoothly. I ran into issues using their app for pickup and delivery inspection but I was able to get support and chat who suggested alternatives to using the app. Thankfully I didn't have to put the damage free guarantee to use. The car was picked up the same day I submitted the order and was delivered 2-days ahead of schedule with no damages.
