Had a little bit of trouble locking down a carrier to take my vehicle to CA but my car made it to its destination early. Also my ship a car direct rep was always honest and knowledgable when explaining the process to me. He was reliable and always got back to me in a timely manner, mostly right away. I was very happy with their service since pickup was on time and delivery was a couple hours early which worked out best for me. I would recommend this company to any of my friends or family.
