It was prompt, no hassle, on time delivery. It was exactly on time. Though I was expecting a call 24 hours before. Which I never had while pickup or delivery. That could be a point they could improve up on. Also the cars were dirty. Which can be another point to work upon. Otherwise I was satisfied with the promptness and the entire process.
