This was my first experience having a car shipped so needless to say I did days of researching on the internet and reading many reviews. I totally lucked out when I decided to go with SHIP A CAR DIRECT. Emily is the BEST! She kept in contact with me each step of the way; she was helpful, polite and thorough. She explained the entire process and reassured me everything would be fine. The following day a carrier was assigned. The car was picked up and delivered within the specified timeframe and without any issues as promised. Once the car was delivered Emily called to make sure everything went okay. I would highly recommend EMILY and SHIP A CAR DIRECT for your shipping needs.
