The problem I had was that when I received my document to sign it was $50.00 higher - $900.00. I called Joel back and he said he was unaware and would fix it. I emailed (2x) the quote and the contract to Joel asking why the bait and switch. Obviously confused I stood my ground and received a call from dispatch who treated me professionally but ultimately conveyed the transporter/driver asked for $50.00 more. I agreed as there quote was still favorable. This is a great example of how Joel just needed to display a better set of customer service / communication skills, handled the issue and it would've been a non issue. The car was delivered on time and the same condition as it was put on the trailer.
