This woman wanted to spend $500 for a job that would have cost $650 minimum. I tried to explain everything to her but she was more interested in yelling at me than listening. I told her that if she only had $500 then she would have to drive the car instead of having it transported. There was absolutely no harassment on our part. We are a professional, no nonsense company.
