Excellent Transport, Once It Was Arranged

There seem to be dozens of auto transport companies vying for business. I collected quotes from four of them, and Montway was the second lowest but in the top tier on customer reviews on this site. I also noticed they seem to be based in my area (Chicago) and they had plenty of reviews for transport between the East Coast and here, so I chose them. In my case Montway acted as a broker. It took a couple days before they assigned a carrier to my order, but the carrier picked up on the exact day I had requested and the driver called me a few hours ahead of time to give an estimated time of arrival. His ETA was actually a day earlier than promised, and in the evening. Normally that might have been great, but I had other commitments that evening. So even though it probably inconvenienced him, the driver agreed to wait until early the next morning to complete the delivery. He was extremely polite and helpful with the whole process and made me feel like I had been in good hands. This is the third time I've had an ebay auto purchase transported in the last ten years, and this was the most economical and most satisfactory. I would highly recommend Montway.
