Montway Auto Transport estimated 5 business days to pick up my car and 9 days to deliver after pick-up. After 3 days (on a Saturday) I got an email apologizing for not picking up the vehicle yet. They were trying to locate a car hauler in the area of my car. The next business day, Monday I got notification from Montway that my vehicle would be picked up and transported by Pfeiffer Enterprises Inc. on Tuesday. Pfeiffer actually picked up the vehicle that night, Monday. I was able to call the driver (Pfeiffer owner John) any time I wanted to find a status and location of my vehicle. John was very courteous and pleasant to talk to. He also took very good care of my car. John was never in a hurry to get off the phone or leave during drop off. He kept me well informed about where he was going and when he expected to drop off my car.
Pfeiffer did an excellent job hauling, communicating and taking care of my car. Montway did a great job, making sure the vehicle was picked up and delivered on time and using a great company to move my vehicle when Montway didn't have a vehicle in the area to pick up my car. I would definitely use Montway or Pfeiffer again!!
