Wanted my credit card number without having found a driver

I really wanted to hire this company because of the good reviews. Jim was great with emailing me and calling me back asking me what I needed, but things got fishy when he started saying he needed a credit card number before he could find me a driver, but that he wasn't  going to charge the card until after he found and driver. THAT DOESN'T MAKEUP ANY SENSE, who gives a credit card number before the services our guaranteed ! I told him I wasn't going to do that, he said he couldn't find me a driver without it. I told him never mind and hung up in his face. I'm military, I don't  need any problems  with the government by not  getting the service I need on time, to get to my duty station by my TDY date. Now, I have to keep looking for a  reliable company, smh ! I'm glad I dodged this bullet because I'll have to transport my car again in 2 months from east coast to west coast and I want to do so without possibly being ripped off.
