We needed to return my 2006 RV4. From Orlando FL to Lowell MA. This was a Wednesday July 23, 2014. I set up a pick up day next Monday the 28 and delivering on a reasonable time, using the internet. Same day received a quote of U$ 750.00 with delivering day July 31...but for personal reason the car would not be ready for pick up work days but Saturday or Sundays afternoon hours. Called KORT and Mary listen to my problems. She said will work around the issues and called me next Friday morning and said: have a solution for the next Saturday the 26 and pick up afternoon hours. Truckers Vanessa and Freddy Vargas were in charge of the job. They did the pic up and delivering in a timely manner. Freddy the actual driver called me before during and after the pick up and delivering of the car. All these people were so friendly all the time and the quote never changed stood the same. These quote was even the lowest one I received from other companies. I m really satisfied with all them Mary, Vanessa and Freddy thanks you very much. Expect things that and open truck on heavy used highways may have for you. It could be a little late a dusty car or simple things. Humanly my delivering was very satisfactory. Good luck to all of you that may use KORT.
