I made a call to Bitaly, in Marysville, WA, on Day seven to inquire about my car trying to find out where it was. He wasn't wasn't willing to to take the time to look up the info.
I got a call from an unknown person letting me know the car would arrive the next day- she should have identified herself.

I feel the customer service in both instances need improvement.
