This has been the 3rd time using Direct Express Auto Transport and each time it has been the smoothest of experiences. Scheduling a pick up took only minutes and they basically take care of the rest. Their communication was great as well - i received numerous calls giving me updates as to where my car was and when I should expect it to be delivered. Other than some dust and dirt on my car (which is expected when your car is being transported cross country), it was delivered in the exact shape I left it. They even allow you to load your car with belongings which is a huge plus!
