very easy to deal with . i would use them again . driver was in full contact with me the whole way . door to door service what more could i ask for i am very pleased with their service i would and could relay on them in the future . the price was very reasonable and fair . the price was lower than other carriers but don,t let that fool you the service is top rate . i made a phone call and four days later my van was delivered safe and sound does not get any better than that . Ashley the service center rep took care of me the whole way she sent me a email with the truckers cell number and said he would be calling and he did to let me know my van was in his hands and on the way . then he called to let what time he was going to drop it off . no damage at all . yes it was dirty but it was winter time and an open flat bed truck . he offered to take it ti a car wash wow . i know he had more stops to make
