day called ASG on 12/14/16 at 7:00 in the evening, I needed help with a car transport, as I was working with another company who neglected to update me for a transport that was to happen on 12/17/16, after several unanswered texts to the other company I chose to call ASG, I spoke to a representative who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he took an extensive amount of time to explain to me the ends and outs of the car shipping business, He was very honest and told me the other company had not secured a driver, while at the same time assuring me he could get me a driver he also was able to calm me down as I was quite upset about the other company not getting back to me. Tige assured me that would begin to work on my trip first thing in the morning and he was true to his word. He secured me a driver for me within hours of our conversation, he managed it with true dedication to his work. The driver arrived and the car was picked up without incident. Tige was so helpful, so honest and did an exceptional job to secure my transport
