This was the first time we had to transport a car and trying to research and pick a company to go with was no fun! Basically, no matter how much research you do, it's still a guessing game on what will happen. After reading all kinds of reviews, I'm very pleased to be able to give a good review for this company. Our car went from Toms River, NJ to Pasco, WA on an open trailer and arrived in the same condition it left (other than expected travel dirt). There was a delivery delay of about 5 days due to some mechanical issues with the trailer, but we were kept informed by Felicia. Since we didn't need the car immediately it wasn't a problem, but it could have been. Other than the delivery delay everything went great, there was no extra charges and no damage. I would absolutely recommend this company to others.
