This is my 2nd time using Amerifreight and happy to report they came through again. For this particular auto transport, I had very specific pickup and delivery dates with very little schedule flexibility. This is where Rosalind Cook of Amerifreight proved invaluable. Rosalind reassured me that a transport would be available for my dates and she provided regular updates on her progress. Sure enough, I got perfectly matched with a transport company for my requested dates. The company picked up and delivered on their commmitted dates and car arrived intact and ready to go.. Couldn't be happier and white glove service from start to finish, both from Rosalind and from the transport company. Rosalind stayed in touch throughout the entire process which was reassuring while the car was in transit. While i did end up paying slightly more than was quoted on the Amerifreight website when I made the initial inquiry, I believe this is justified because of my specific dates. I'm pretty confident if I had a bit of scheduling flexibility, Amerifreight would have found transport at the quoted price like they did the first time I used their service. I would definitely use again. And many thanks to Rosalind for making the entire experience as smooth as possible. Tip: if you're a students take advantage of a nominal student discount offered by Amerifreight. Just ask when you speak to them.
