NOT happy with the communication and then price change. Multiple Texts and calls throughout the process and was ignored many times. Not a good experience. Scheduled for pickup on 9/29. Was told it would be 2-3 day from that day. No word and no communication until 10/5. Was told if I wanted it picked up now, they would need an extra $150 over what I was told it would cost, otherwise I would have to wait longer. Reluctantly paid the extra, and was picked up that next morning. Told it would be Delivered on 10/14. Nope. Called, Texted and nothing until 10/16 with "Looks like it should have been delivered, you didn't get it?" "Uhh, No" Finally, driver says Arriving at 10:30pm. OK. 10:30, get another text, "it will actually be 11:30". Ok. 11:45pm rolls around. "are you close?" "yeah, 40 minutes away". 1:00am! He finally shows up. Wakes up the neighborhood with the truck cause he had to offload a few to get mine.
