I have high praise for Mike Patel from Yellow Brick Transport service. This was my first time ever to ship a vehicle. When I put out a request to transport my car from Denver to Boston several months in advance of the actual ship date, Mike called me back and instead of selling, he explained me the process in great detail and asked to touch base closer to my shipping date. As we approached my desired date to ship the vehicle, he sought out the best price with a good transport company and informed me about options that saved me hundreds of dollars in these crazy times of driver and truck shortages. Once he locked the price and booked my order, there was no haggling/cancellation thereafter which seems to be norm in this industry. He also followed up with the transport company on the ship day to confirm that driver was still on and kept me informed. I would do business with him again, any day.
