I am writing this review based on the service that I have received from the automotive broker Stephon from Sonic Auto. I must say, looking for an automobile transportation can be overwhelming. My research is solely based on this broker alone After several quotes from emails, messaging and phone calls, I decided to go with Stephon at Sonic Auto. I went against going with a broker who offered the cheapest price. He explained the entire process and how prices can change in the spear of the moment. It all depends on the market at the particular moment. When it was time to set up the delivery, Stephen was true to his word. He reached out to high rated transportation companies who would accept the offer. After a few hours, no one excepted the offer. He gave me a few choice to either wait it out or up the offer by a little to see if someone would take the offer. I asked him what the market was going for and he gave me a price that was two hundred and fifty more. I hesitated to do this but I just wanted to get the deal over with. Stephon kept me in the loop throughout the day from pricing to dates and conversation between the transportation company. When I called him he either notified me that he was on another call and would call right back or he answered the phone right away. Stefon is very professional in every manner, and when I wasn’t able to get a hold of the transportation company he made a phone call to get all of my questions answered. Stephon did his due diligence in making sure the company was insured and had a good reputation. I would definitely recommend Stephon when you need a broker who you can trust and experience a smooth transaction through the whole process.
