Renee was a breath of fresh air of honesty as I had called other companies that had agents who were not being honest, showing care for the customers and not the dollar. Not so with my experience with Ship a Car Direct. Order put in on 11/30, car picked up on 12/05, son received car on 12/7 - one day faster than quoted.
