Friendly and informative advisor, just a bit uneasy with waiting til last minute for carrier to accept and confirm pickup-despite given a 2 week window and didn’t get confirmation until same day (last day) and paid more than quoted Car transport was easy to communicate and professional-got there in a timely manner as expected
