Working with Ship-A-Car-Direct was good. The company they contracted to pick-up my vehicle delivered the vehicle safely, but their communication and quoted pick-up and delivery date changed 3 times and I had to initiate the communication to find out when pick-up would be each time they missed the date/time given. I would use Ship-A-Car-Direct again, I'm just better educated on what to expect from their contracted carriers. And like I said, the vehicle did arrive safely and the driver was polite.
