I got a call the day I put in for a quote about how the service works and the details I would need to know. When I put in to schedule a time, Matt texted me the same day with the day the car would be picked up. I called the company the morning of pick up and got a text with a pick up time. He texted me when he was on his way to get the car and was there 20 minutes into the 2 hour window. Then I received a text, THREE days before expected delivery that the car would be there tomorrow. I had a three hour window and he arrived one hour into the window again with a 30 minute update he was almost here. Amazing customer service and a great experience.
