This service is modern, easy to use no hassle. The videos are helpful, and the administrative support is pleasant and responsive via email phone and text. I had an issue with the pickup and had to reschedule and they had a new shipper in a day (even from montana). The transport company that was contacted (SLK) did a better job on the bill of landing inspection with pictures than the dealer. The driver was a real car guy and even made them buff clear coat scratches.
