I was recommended by a family member to use Ship A Car Direct, and the service that I received from the initial contact was outstanding! John was out first point of contact, and answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly, and instantly put my mind at ease. Maricel called us the morning of the pick up to let us know that he would be there that evening, and he called 2 hours out, and 15 minutes out from pick up. On the delivery day, Maricel called 2 hours out and approximately 15 minutes out to let us know that he would be there for the delivery. I would recommend Ship A Car Direct to anyone wanting to ship a vehicle!
