Stefan and the rest of the Ship-A-Car Direct team were amazing and helpful from start to finish. Stefan was able to answer all of my questions quickly during the initial phone call and was available throughout the process. I could not be happier that I chose this company. However, the independent carrier did not communicate well on delivery. We were left hanging for over 24 hours of estimated delivery time and were always told different times each time we spoke. The car arrived more than a day late, but was damage-free and all of the items inside were safe.
