I appreciated the ease of ordering since this was my first time. SACD is heavily automated - I didn't even know my rep's last name. When I called him on the phone, he seemed a bit annoyed but answered my questions. My carrier was Brother's Motors in Sacramento and overall they were good, especially the driver. However, there was a problem with unloading the vehicle in front of mine on the car carrier because it turned out that its transmission was inoperable and it wasn't clear if it could be rolled. Long story short, I had to drive to a different location to get my car and hope that the driver could remove that vehicle from his truck (it turned out that he succeeded). I'm glad it is all over.
