Dale was our contact with ship a car direct. He was very knowledgeable and great with follow thru. He kept me updated thru out the process. He sent out e-mails with videos of what to expect through out the process. After the trucking company accepted the bid he called to make sure we had contact with the trucking company, that the driver had contacted us, that the car had been picked and finally that the car had been delivered with out problem. He was very professional in all of our conversations. I will definitely use Ship a Car Direct in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
