This is and has been the best customer service experience I can remember. I was relocating from Palm Harbor, FL to Raleigh, NC. Everything was going according to plan except my prearranged car transport was not scheduled. The semi full of furniture was leaving in 6 hours and so were we, and I had no no arrangements to transport my car. I called Chris at Quicken Auto Transport (a referral from a friend). Chris took my information and offered to help. To my surprise, the transport driver arrived later that evening and had my car in my new driveway before I arrived. They were so polite and over delivered what they promised. Who does that now days. I wish I had more business to send them. Quicken Auto Transport stands behind their word and that means everything. Way to set the bar for everyone else in this business! Thank you so much!!!
