After being put on hold for 2 weeks by another carrier who tried to increase the cost after giving a quote and never found a driver, I sent a request to Nationwide after 5 pm on 3/14. I received a call from Roger within an hour. Roger confirmed a driver by 3/15 and the car arrived 3/23/18. The driver said he would pick up the car Tuesday. He called and asked to pick it up Monday night to beat the Nor'Easter. He arrived right on time. Received a call Thursday that the car would be delivered between 7:30 and 8:30. Received call at 7:37 that he was on his way. Had car in my possession by 8 p.m. Very, very happy with Roger, Nationwide and the driver.
