I conversed with Montway twice prior to accepting their bid to transport my vehicle. All the time my no later than pick-up date was known in my auction. It was not until after I accepted their bid and completed the order that they told me they might not be able to pick up the vehicle by my no later than pick up date. Although they did not outright lie, I felt this action was intentionally misleading due to their lack of forthright communication. I contacted Montway each of the last 3 days prior to my no later than pick up date for a status update and always received the same answer, that they are working on it an just need a little more time. When my no later than pick up date came and went, not a word from Montway. I received and email the next day. When I called Montway and told them that their lack of communication was unprofessional their answer was that they have many customers and don't have time to call everyone in this situation. These actions lead me to believe this company does not understand customer service.

After I had to make other temporary vehicle storage arrangements, Montway did pick up my vehicle and delivered it within 2 days. The execution of the vehicle transport was great.

Dear Jason Morgan of Longview, TX 75601 jdmorgan02@gmail.com (928) 388-7389 We apologize for any inconveniences. Our terms and conditions, including that all dates are estimated, is clearly listed in our profile and must be viewed as part of the booking and bid acceptance process. Our estimated date policy is also on our website as well as on all of our written communications. Montway did everything possible to accommodate the customer and was successful in getting the vehicle delivered quickly and safely, just as customer confirmed. Please note that the route from Yuma AZ to Longview TX is extremely difficult to arrange a quick pickup because both pickup and delivery locations are out of the way from all carrier routes. We did our best to reroute a truck and rearrange their schedule to make the pickup in Yuma possible. We advise customers to be aware of possible route issues by simply looking at the map. If the location is far from major interstates, it is likely to cause delays. In addition, we take feedback very seriously and upon receipt of customer's review we investigated all agents who handled the order and I'd like to point out that the customer was kept informed throughout the whole process by phone and by email and at no point of time he was sent an email stating "we have many customers and don't have time to call everyone in this situation." To defend this we can provide all phone records and all email communications with the customer. These are available upon request. It is absolutely true that we have 100s of customers per week as we ship over 500 cars a week, however we also have more than 60 agents in different departments all working hard ensuring customers' requests are fully taken care of as customers are our top priority. Sincerely, Montway Inc
