Kathy was upfront with me and explained the process and made me feel comfortable. Within minutes of talking she called me back with 3 options and each of the company ratings> I made a decision and within 24 hours my vehicle was picked up. My vehicle was delivered on time and i had no issues with vehicle on delivery. I will be calling her back to get my vehicles moved and I will refer her to all of the military members that ever need to ship a vehicle. Stephan
