Alex and Lightning Auto Carrier transport team was very caring and they provided so much valuable information so that I would feel comfortable throughout the whole process! I was with another company that promised me everything and delivered nothing!! Alex was always there for me when I was concerned or need question answered!!
What I liked best about Lightning Auto Carriers is that everyone I spoke with, Including the driver always told me the truth. They didn't embellish lies to keep me calm. I really appreciated that straight forwardness.
Since the other company failed to do what they promised Alex was pressured to get my vehicle moved ASAP. I don't know how he did it but he got the transporter there the same day and at a lower quoted price.
The driver was wonderful as well, thanks David! He arrived ahead of schedule to drop off the car which was a life saver.
I would recommend Alex and the Lightning Auto Carrier team for everyone!
They did a Great job!
