I hired Javo Auto Group to move my vehicle from NY to MI for a fair price and paid a $150 deposit but on pick up day no one showed. The representative at the company told me the driver was bribed to bring someone else's vehicle instead of mine. I found this odd but since they promised it would be picked up the next day I adjusted plans. Next day came, and the next, and the next and still no pick up. The representative stopped responding to my calls or emails. I eventually decided to cancel my contract due to failure to fulfill their obligations and demanded a refund. The CEO, Rich Vitale, lied to me on several occasions about refunding me. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company for fraudulent charges in which Rich responded with inaccurate information about a refund. I will be pursuing this matter indefinitely.
